Q: What is the Answer Center all about?
A: The GET CLIENTS NOW! Answer Center is a free knowledge base for independent professionals, service business owners, and salespeople, brought to you by author C.J. Hayden and licensed facilitators of the GET CLIENTS NOW! 28-day marketing program. We offer these resources for free to support readers of the GET CLIENTS NOW! book, participants in GET CLIENTS NOW! programs, and people who are curious about how GET CLIENTS NOW! can improve their business success.

Q: What resources are available in the Answer Center?
A: The GET CLIENTS NOW! Answer Center is a comprehensive knowledge base containing complete articles, step-by-step how-to’s, detailed tools and examples, audio workshops and interviews, and a wide-ranging Q & A library. For an up-to-the-minute count of the number of answers available in any category or topic, view the Categories column at right. The Answer Center holds four different types of detailed answers to your marketing, sales, and business questions:

• Articles – Full-length articles on specific topics to help you get more clients or make your business more successful.
• Q and As – Detailed answers to the most-commonly-asked questions about sales, marketing, and operating a small business.
• Tools/Examples – Step-by-step templates and examples for essential marketing and business tools.
• Audio – Recorded workshops and interviews on a wide variety of business-building topics.

Q: How do I search for the answers I need?
A: There are five different ways to search for answers:

1. Browse any category. In the Categories column at right, each of the top four options will display a complete index of Articles, Q & As, Tools/Examples, or Audio. Click on any category name, and you’ll see an index of every entry for that category with a brief excerpt from each one.
2. Browse any topic. After the first five options, all the choices in the Categories column are specific topics. Click on any topic, and you’ll see an index of all entries, with excerpts.
3. Browse entries from any author. Click on any name in the Authors column at right, and you’ll see an index of all entries from that author, with excerpts.
4. Search on a keyword or phrase. On any page where you see the Keyword Search box on the right, enter a single word, several words, or a specific phrase (in quotes), then click Go.
5. View answers related to any other answer. Once you have selected an answer to view, you’ll see a summary of related answers on the right-hand side.

Q: How do I view an answer?
A: Click on the title or "read more" link for any answer you see listed on the home page, category pages, search results pages, or any other index of entries.

Q: Who provides the answers and other resources?
A: Most of the answers and resources are authored by GET CLIENTS NOW! author C.J. Hayden. You’ll also find answers here from Kristine Carey, Director of Training and Licensing for GCN, and from other licensed facilitators for the GET CLIENTS NOW! program.

Q: How do I become am Answer Center member?
A: At one time, membership was required to access the full knowledge base. But now, our entire knowledge base is available for free; no membership required!

Q: How can I find out when new resources are added?
A: Subscribe to new answers at upper right, and you’ll receive an email whenever we add a new resource. We’ll send you no more than one email per week, and your address will never be shared.

Q: May I share Answer Center resources with others?
A: You are welcome to make copies of Answer Center resources for your own personal use, and to use our Tools/Examples as templates for your own documents. You may also link to our resources from your website or social media posts. If you’d like to reprint an item from the Answer Center in your publication or on your website, please contact us to request permission.
