Sample Coaching Agreement

Tool/Example by C.J. HaydenIf you offer coaching services paid for by the month, it’s a good idea to have a written agreement with your clients that spells out the terms of your arrangement. This sample agreement was designed for business coaching clients, but can be modified to suit any type of coaching.

It includes space for your clients to provide all their contact information and some personal details, plus a simple agreement to engage in monthly coaching for a minimum term. Also included are the coach’s expectations of the client regarding keeping appointments, following through on commitments, and being responsible for their end of the coaching relationship.
